Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q. Can you fix all types of bent wheels?
  • A. Not all bends are fixable but most small ones are. If the bend is on the face of the wheel, it can still be done but there are chances that we could crack the wheel while doing it. A crack on the spokes of the wheel is dangerous as it is weakened and can break the wheel once on the car.
  • Q. How long does it take to straighten a bent wheel?
  • A. Depending on the damage we need 1-4 days to fix the bend (Give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you).
  • Q. Do I need an appointment?
  • A. Yes. We are open from 9-5 Monday- Friday, we are also mobile so we can come to you if you need. We cannot take off the wheels on your car at your residence, you will need to take them off for us.
  • Q. Do you warranty your straightening work?
  • A. We guarantee that the wheel will be trued to within .026 (industry specification) of an inch and that it holds air.
